| Inter chief Massimo Moratti has rubbished suggestions that Adriano is headed for the exit.
L'Imperatore's future has been called into question after he recently turned up late to training and phoned in sick earlier in the week.
There have been suggestions in the media that Inter will sell Adriano in January and will put a clause in the striker's contract to prevent him returning to the peninsula until 2012.
But Beneamata chief Moratti insists that he still believes in Adri and has no intention of letting him leave.
You journalists have created the real chaos surrounding Adriano, Moratti claimed.
At Inter, we have never had any negative thoughts about him. The whole thing was dramatised and blown out of proportion.
Adriano is a great lad and a great player, even if he can be a bit fragile at times.
He just needs to show his potential because we all know what he can do.
