Monday 10 November, 2008 |
| Milan Vice-President Adriano Galliani was seething after last night's disappointing draw with Lecce.
A last-minute equaliser cost the Rossoneri as they surrendered top spot to city rivals Inter.
We will continue to fight for the Scudetto, but we just can't accept results like this, Galliani boomed on Sky Sport Italia.
We believe that we have a great team and we have been brilliant in picking up so many points so far.
But the League is a long and difficult process and every team in Serie A has good players.
The truth is that we didn't recover from our UEFA Cup game. We are sorry to lose two vital points, but patience is the key.
Milan host lowly Chievo at San Siro next weekend and will be huge favourites to pick up maximum points.
