Inters Francesco Toldo was delighted to celebrate reaching the Coppa Italia Final after making a rare start against Lazio last night.
Former Azzurri No 1 Toldo has made just three appearances for the Nerazzurri this term due to the superb form of Brazilian custodian Julio Cesar.
But the 36-year-old looked sharp in last nights 2-0 Coppa Italia semi-final triumph and performed an excellent save from Goran Pandev in the second period.
I feel good, Toldo enthused. I am having fun and I enjoy playing matches at this high level and achieving important successes.
We have reached the Cup Final and we are trying to close out the Scudetto.
"That proves that this is a side that fights to the end at all times.
"It is that strength and solidarity that has built a strong Inter," Toldo continued.
We are all very proud of our achievements and everybody has made an important contribution, both in this game and throughout the season.
