Milan veteran Marco Cafu is unsure whether he will be staying at Milan beyond the end of this season, but he is keen to continue playing.
The Brazilian defender has been in Serie A since 1997 when he joined Roma from Palmeiras and has made over 100 appearances for Milan.
Cafu has become something of a peripheral figure for the Rossoneri and has started just eight games this term, but the 37-year-old believes he still has something to give.
Its still to early to give up, he told TV SetteGold. But I havent decided what I will do next year yet.
Once the season is finished, I will sit down at the table and work out what is the right thing for myself and my family.
Will I stay at Milan? There are lots of options, but it all depends on me. Its not a given that I will leave or retire if Im not offered a new contract.
There have been other offers and I will have to weigh those up soon. Its really nice to know that at my age there are still interested parties.
It has been suggested that Cafu may return to his homeland to play out the rest of his career should Milan indicate that he is surplus to requirements, but there are also rumours of an offer from Japans J-League.
