Inter winger Luis Figo has ruled out becoming Jose Mourinho's assistant for the time being.
The Portuguese international was close to leaving Inter during Roberto Mancini's reign, but he opted to stay on at San Siro to work with Mourinho.
Figo is now 36 and there have been suggestions he could begin a coaching career under the Special One, but they seem to be premature.
I am halfway through my decision regarding the future, Figo told La Gazzetta dello Sport.
For the moment it's best not to talk about it because there are still things to be played for on the pitch.
I will stay in football because my life has developed in that world, but I don't know what I will do.
I don't know where these voices come from saying that I will be Mourinho's assistant, but I won't be thinking about a career on the bench for a few years - there's a lot more pressure than you face as a player.
