Inter target Alexander Hleb is to make a decision on his future in the next few days, according to his agent.
The Belarusian midfielder has been valuable to Arsenal this season, linking up with the forwards and setting up goals.
“I can officially confirm,” announced Niki Spilevski. “That Hleb will decide soon whether to leave Arsenal and look for another squad.”
The 27-year-old has angered Gunners Coach Arsene Wenger by entertaining moves away from the London club.
Wenger was particularly annoyed by Inter, who made no secret of their desire to take the former Stuttgart trequartista to Italy.
“Naturally, Wenger and Arsenal did not agree,” added Spilevski. “But they have now accepted the decision.
“I cannot say anything of the future, only that there are negotiations in progress. All will be sorted out in the next few days.”
Arsenal have already lost one player to Serie A. Mathieu Flamini joined Milan last week on a free transfer after the Gunners failed to tie down the Frenchman.
