Ex-Juventus boss Claudio Ranieri could be a target for Lazio at the end of the season.
The Roman tactician has just been sacked by the Old Lady and may immediately look for a new club.
Lazio Coach Delio Rossi may have secured the Coppa Italia, but his future at the Stadio Olimpico is in doubt.
According to La Repubblica, Lazio chief Claudio Lotito is ready to arrange a meeting with Ranieri to try and persuade the former Chelsea man to take over the reins.
However, Ranieri's Juve contract may take a while to be resolved as he is preparing a legal battle against the Bianconeri.
Barring success in the courtroom, Ranieri will be under contract in Turin until 2010.
