| Napoli miss out on Floccari |

Napoli have lost out to Genoa on the chance to sign Atalanta striker Sergio Floccari, according to President Aurelio De Laurentiis.
Napoli had agreed a £12m deal with Atalanta for Floccari, but the player showed little interest in joining them once Genoa confirmed their desire to buy him.
“Floccari will not be arriving here,” De Laurentiis said. “I believe that he has gone to Genoa. I have noticed with Italian players there is always something that doesn't suit them about coming to Napoli.
“It happened in the day of Ottavio Bianchi and it's repeating itself now. To them I say: 'Dear Italian players, I want you to do well but come here and be convinced that this is the true stage for your profession.
“We need a lot of love and don't want people who are incapable of loving this city or its football club,'” he concluded.
