Inter outcast Adrianos agent has met with Milan Vice-President Adriano Galliani, fuelling rumours that LImperatore could move across the city.
The Brazilian marksman is currently in Brazil where he is recovering from the depression and physical problems that have dogged his career in recent years.
While Adri has impressed in his homeland and will return to Inter this summer, there may not be space for him in the Nerazzurri ranks.
Given his tempestuous relationship with Coach Roberto Mancini and the rapid development of teen sensation Mario Balotelli, Adriano may find himself low down in the leaders pecking order.
However, his future may still lie at San Siro. Milans directors have previously admitted their desire to snatch the former Parma star and it seems that contact has been made.
Adris agent Gilmar Rinaldi was in Milan yesterday to discuss his clients future and he opted to meet with the Diavolos Galliani and Leonardo rather than Inter technical director Marco Branca.
According to the Corriere dello Sport and Tuttosport, the meeting proves a move is being discussed, but La Gazzetta dello Sport has played down the significance of the talks, claiming it was simply a matter of friends meeting for a meal.
Adriano has also been linked with a return to Fiorentina, where he spent time on loan in 2002, and a reunion with Cesare Prandelli, his mentor at Parma.
