Roma could make a swoop for Cagliari striking revelation Jeda during the summer.
Jeda has made his mark in Sardinia since arriving from Serie B outfit Rimini last year.
The 29-year-old had been something of a journeyman striker after representing eight clubs in Italy.
But he seems to have settled at the Stadio Sant'Elia with eight goals to his name during this campaign.
There are reports that Roma see Brazilian Jeda as a cheap addition to the squad to bolster their attacking options.
The Lupi have had to rely too heavily on Montenegrin international Mirko Vucinic.
The Giallorossi may take Jeda on a loan basis with an option to make the deal permanent for around £4m in the summer of 2010.
