Inter are preparing to launch a vast bid for Napoli midfield star Marek Hamsik this summer, according to Italian Press reports.
Hamsik arrived at the Stadio San Paolo from Brescia back in 2007 for less than £5m.
The signature has proved to be inspired business by the Vesuviani as the Slovakian international has gone from strength to strength with the Azzurri.
Inter Coach Jose Mourinho is known to be a big fan of the 21-year-old and has reportedly asked President Massimo Moratti to make funds available for a summer swoop.
Napoli chief Aurelio De Laurentiis has stated that he won't let any of his prized assets leave, but the Italian champions could table an offer he can't afford to refuse.
While Napoli have put a £30m price tag on Hamsik, Calciomercatonews claims Inter are ready to offer £18m plus Julio Cruz and either Luis Jimenez or Victor Obinna.
