Juventus lead the race to secure the services of Palermo defender Simon Kjaer, according to Tuttosport.
The Danish starlet, who turned 20 yesterday, has taken Serie A by storm and is reportedly a target for Milan and Juventus.
According to Turin-based newspaper Tuttosport, Kjaer is closer to Juve than Milan.
It is reported that the key to the deal could be Swedish Bianconeri youngster Albin Ekdal.
The 19-year-old midfielder was one of the stars of this year's Viareggio youth tournament and is said to be a Rosanero target.
Kjaer has recently been valued at £12m by his agent, but having Ekdal on loan could be part of the deal and may reduce the fee in cash.
