Napoli midfielder Jesús Dátolo believes he still has a future at the club despite a poor start to life with the Partenopei.
The 24-year-old Argentine, who started out at Banfield, joined Napoli from Boca Juniors on January 31 for a fee of around £6.5m.
Dátolo has made just one starting appearance for the Partenopei since then and has had trouble with his fitness, although he is now available to play.
I feel good, Dátolo told Il Corriere dello Sport. I want to play and show the club that they weren't wrong to sign me.
As a child I already supported Napoli, he said, conveying his excitement at playing for the club Argentina legend Diego Maradona made his name with.
Dátolo expects to be back in action when the international break comes to end and Serie A resumes on April 5.
