Torino Coach Walter Novellino could be sacked this morning after his side fell to their third consecutive defeat.
The Granata lost 3-1 to Novellino's former team Sampdoria on Sunday and the threat of relegation looms large.
Torino currently lie 18th in Serie A, two points adrift of safety with just eight games remaining this season.
Urbano Cairo, the Granata President, is said to be considering a change and two names have appeared in the Italian Press.
Giancarlo Camolese, who played for Torino in the `70s and trained them between 2000 and 2002, is one of them.
Giuseppe Papadopulo is also a favourite for the job, having got Lecce promoted from Serie B last season.
Novellino only took over Torino in December, but he is in his second stint with the club as a Coach.
The 55-year-old nicknamed Monzon because of his likeness to the Argentine boxer also played for the Granata in the `70s.
