Napoli President Aurelio De Laurentiis is unhappy with the referee after his side had a valid goal disallowed during last night's match with Milan.
The Partenopei appeared to take the lead in the 37th minute when Marek Hamsik beat Milan goalkeeper Nelson Dida.
The referee controversially ruled the goal out for offside, though, and the match continued without incident, ending 0-0.
The team was there, De Laurentiis told Sky Italia. We're back in tune. There was even a valid goal, but I guess it was difficult for the referee to see.
I received seven text messages telling me it was valid and that it had been confirmed as such on TV, but it was difficult for the referee to see.
For me it's important that the team didn't give up and I am satisfied, De Laurentiis added. The boys gave everything.
When asked if he ever doubted Napoli would get back on track, De Laurentiis replied: I have never not been convinced by Napoli.
In my opinion, this is a Napoli that we can't expect too much from too soon. Today we played with technique, feeling and great spirit of competition.
The movie mogul then played down rumours suggesting Napoli are interested in signing Milan striker Marco Borriello.
I believe Coach Roberto Donadoni will let us know which parts of the team need perfecting. I think it's premature to talk about the market, he concluded.
Napoli currently lie 12th in Serie A and are unbeaten under Donadoni. They are back in action after the international break when they travel to Sampdoria.
