Bremen beat Milan in the third round on away goals and came past French outfit St Etienne in the last round 3-2 on aggregate.
The ties will be played on April 9 and April 16 with Udinese travelling to Germany first.
Should Udinese go through, they will face Hamburg or Manchester City.

Hamburg v Manchester City
Paris St Germain v Dynamo Kiev
Shakhtar Donetsk v Marseille
