Inter striker Zlatan Ibrahimovic insists his side have moved on from their defeat in the Champions League with a victory against Fiorentina last night.
The Swede scored both Inter goals as his side ran out 2-0 winners and re-established their seven point lead at the top of Serie A.
“The team has to continue playing like this,” Ibrahimovic explained after the game. “We are first in Serie A.
“I am upset that we went out of the Champions League, it was my top priority, but we still have the Coppa Italia and Scudetto to play for.
“Every year the championship becomes more difficult, especially when you're champions. Everyone wants to beat you, so it's normal that we suffer, but in the end we win,” he concluded.
Inter are back in action next weekend when they play Reggina, who drew with Napoli on Sunday but remain bottom of the table.
