Juventus are weighing up the prospect of selling David Trezeguet and Roma are at the front of the queue for him, according to La Gazzetta dello Sport.
The 31-year-old Frenchman, who just happens to be Juventus' most prolific foreign striker of all time, has had a difficult year in Turin.
He spent much of the season on the operating table and then just after returning to full fitness he argued with Claudio Ranieri over his selection policy.
French club Lyon were one of the initial teams interested in Trezeguet, but Roma have now emerged as frontrunners to sign him.
The former Monaco youngster would be ideal for the Giallorossi, who are in the market for a striker of weight.
Milan are also said to be monitoring events, although the Rossoneri are more likely to make a bid for Wolfsburg's Edin Dzeko.
