Inter defender Nicolas Burdisso has said he does not want to leave this summer amid reports he will be sold.
The 28-year-old centre-back is once again being linked with a move to Fiorentina.
Inter could use him as a bargaining chip in any deal for Felipe Melo.
My desire is to continue playing for Inter. I am not thinking about changing team, Burdisso told calciomercato.com.
I have only spoken with Mourinho and he said that he is happy with me and I have a lot to give Inter.
So for now I want to stay with this team, he concluded.
Burdisso joined Inter from Boca Juniors in 2004.
He made just 13 starting appearances in Serie A last season and was sent off once.
