| Zamp proposes wage cut |

In these difficult economic times, Palermo President Maurizio Zamparini would like all footballers to take a 30 per cent wage cut.
Italian football is currently in a much more difficult place financially than its Spanish and English counterparts.
Yesterday, La Gazzetta dello Sport revealed Serie A had lost close to £2bn over the last 10 years.
Zamparini's comments came after he was asked about the future of Fabio Simplicio, who wants a new contact.
We want to keep him, but he has offers and we have already bought two Argentines, Zamparini said.
That's the market. The agents do their work and they do it with the players. For this reason, I propose that the other Presidents reduce footballers' wages by 30 per cent.
Earlier this year, Milan announced they would be slashing their wage bill.
Kaka was sold primarily to help the club's ailing finances.
