Padova and Crotone are back in Serie B after gutsy wins over Pro Patria and Benevento in Lega Pro's two Playoff Finals.
Antonio Di Nardo scored both goals as Padova held steady to see off Pro Patria in a 2-1 victory.
As a result, the Patavini return to the Second Division for the first time in 11 years.
Crotone kept their nerve, too, inflicting a 1-0 defeat on Benevento.
Caetano Calil's 31st minute goal was enough to settle the tie and ensure the Pitagorici joined Padova in Serie B next season.
Elsewhere, Como earned promotion to Serie C1 Girone A with a 4-1 aggregate victory over Alessandria.
