Palermo have completed the signature of Parmas Croatian international striker Igor Budan.
The 28-year-old failed to keep Parma in Serie A last term, but he managed to find form despite spending much of the season on the treatment table.
Budans Euro 2008 has ended early due to a knee injury he sustained while with Croatias squad and he faces an operation within the next week.
However, that hasnt put Palermo off and the two clubs are believed to have agreed a fee of around £4m.
Palermo and Parma have also decided to renew the co-ownership of striker Davide Matteini, who is likely to spend next season at the Stadio Tardini trying to fire the Ducali back into the First Division.
