Napoli boss Roberto Donadoni has underlined his relationship with the club President is still good, following rumours regarding his future at the club.
According to the latest reports, the Azzurri are after Roma Coach Luciano Spalletti – who would be interested in a move to the San Paolo.
“There is a great understanding regarding future plans,” explained Donadoni.
“The relationship between President Dino De Laurentiis and I is excellent and we work together in perfect harmony.”
The former Italy boss arrived in Napoli last March, replacing Edy Reja. But the Campani achievements in the last part of the season were way below expectations and that’s why the future of Donadoni is yet unsure.
“We have a program which we will be taking forward together. Even with director Pierpaolo Marino everything is fine,” concluded Donadoni.
For next season Napoli have already secured the services of Fabio Quagliarella from Udinese and the striker looks set to be followed by many others.
