Palermo striker Edinson Cavani admits he has thought about leaving the club, but would now like to stay.
The 22-year-old Uruguayan, who has been likened to Zlatan Ibrahimovic, is being linked with a move to West Ham.
Cavani came into his own this season, stepping into Amauri's shoes and scoring 14 goals in 35 appearances.
At the beginning of this year I thought about going away because of a misunderstanding, Cavani told Il Palermo.
I wanted a change so I would be able to get back in form. Luckily everything came to be clarified and now I am happy to play for Palermo.
As for me, I can say that I will stay, but if the club were to decide to sell me, I would not be opposed to their decision, he said.
