| Rivera concerned by Real |

Milan legend Gianni Rivera is not surprised by the amount of money Real Madrid are paying for players, but feels Italian clubs can no longer compete.
On Monday, the Spanish giants managed to sign Brazil international Kaka from Milan for a jaw-dropping £59m.
Yesterday, Real topped that by making an £80m offer for Cristiano Ronaldo, which was accepted by Manchester United.
If the transfer goes through, Los Merengues will have spent an astonishing total of £139m on just two players.
And, according to reports, they are not done yet either with Valencia striker David Villa set to follow.
It does not surprise me that they have gone over the £100m mark, Rivera told La Gazzetta dello Sport.
I hope that Michel Platini puts in action a mechanism that allows football to return to being a game. I almost don't recognise it anymore.
The gap between us and the English and Spanish is already great. But we can still go forward without drama.
We need to begin to believe more in the 'Made in Italy' label, Rivera concluded.
