The latest star to be linked with Juventus is Dutch Under-21 international midfielder Royston Drenthe.
The Old Ladys hunt for a midfielder has been ongoing for over a month and a number of names have been suggested.
The most likely of these remains Liverpools Xabi Alonso, but no deal has been agreed as yet, leaving the Press free to speculate on alternatives.
Real Madrid man Drenthe has struggled to settle at the Bernabeu and reports state that Juve are considering bringing him in on a season loan.
Merengues Coach Bernd Schuster is said to be keen to sent Drenthe out to gain experience because he isnt expecting the rising star to feature in the first team this season.
There are whispers that Bianconeri officials have flown to Madrid to discuss the left-winger who developed at Feyenoord.
A move for Drenthe would not necessarily rule out advances for Alonso because the Dutchman could be used to fill in for Pavel Nedved on the left side, but he could also be given a chance in a more central role.
