Milan Vice-President Adriano Galliani has explained that Arsenals £35m price tag on Emmanuel Adebayor is beyond the clubs financial capabilities.
The Diavolo are desperate to lure a big-name marksman this summer and after a number of possible targets had been ruled out they seemed to have found their man in Adebayor.
However, the Rossoneri would be unlikely to match Barcelonas reported bid of £25m, let alone the additional £10m the Gunners seem to want.
There are continuous requests for Adebayor, but Arsenal are demanding £35m and that is impossible for clubs in Italy, Galliani moaned.
Thats why the top footballers in the world dont come here anymore.
When big clubs like Barcelona and Chelsea arrive it is impossible to compete because they are in a very advantageous fiscal situation.
Adebayor remains unsettled at the Emirates Stadium and has demanded a pay rise of almost 400 per cent to stay in London.
