Inter President Massimo Moratti doesn't expect Mario Balotelli to leave the club, but the player's agent isn't so sure.
Balotelli shot to fame last season with some impressive outings, but he hasn't had so many chances under Jose Mourinho.
There have been suggestions that Super Mario could make way for a new arrival in the Inter attack.
He has asked to speak to me and I will meet him soon, Moratti stressed.
I will try and work out what is best for Mario. Of course we have a lot of trust in him because he is an indispensible player and I don't think he will leave, even on loan.
However, Balotelli's agent and brother Corrado has taken a different approach.
We want a loan move, he told Tuttomercatoweb. We are waiting for our meeting with Moratti.
We will be talking to the club about a temporary transfer because we think it could be useful.
Adriano's future is also in doubt after he fell out with Mourinho last year.
I like the spirit that I have seen in him, Moratti said.
He wants to put himself at the Coach's disposal. He is one of us and we hope that he stays.
Sampdoria striking star Antonio Cassano is reportedly a target for Inter.
He is a very good player, but it is a very difficult role, the Inter chief continued.
Mourinho and myself are satisfied with what the squad is producing at the moment.
