A total of 17 players face one-game suspensions for Week 22 with Milan missing Paolo Maldini and Mathieu Flamini for the trip to Lazio.
Maldini and Flamini both picked up bookings during yesterday's draw against Genoa.
The Diavolo pair will now be unavailable for Milan's visit to Lazio this weekend.
Opponents Lazio will also be without two key men in Pasquale Foggia and Stephan Lichtsteiner, who have been handed one-match bans.
Inter midfielder Sulley Muntari will miss one match after being sent off against Catania for a mistimed sliding challenge on Giacomo Tedesco.
Single-game suspensions: Fabiano and Zanchetta (Lecce), Mandelli, Marcolini and Pinzi (Chievo), Montervino (Napoli), Muntari (Inter), Storari and Zauri (Fiorentina), Dessena (Sampdoria), Doni (Atalanta), Flamini and Maldini (Milan), Foggia and Lichtsteiner (Lazio), Galloppa (Siena), Tedesco (Catania)
