| Hammers sign Nsereko |

Brescia youngster Savio Nsereko has finally completed a transfer to Premier League outfit West Ham.
The German Under-19 international has been targeted by former Brescia sporting director Gianluca Nani for months and reports suggest that the Hammers have paid a club record sum of more than £8m.
Nsereko made a name for himself at last year's UEFA Under-19 European Championship in the Czech Republic where he was named Player of the Tournament.
A number of sides watched the Ugandan-born star play for Serie B side Brescia, but West Ham beat the likes of Roma and Napoli to the punch.
“Nserenko is now a West Ham player,” agent Patrick Bastianelli told Tuttonapoli.net.
“He has signed a contract for the next six months, plus an additional four years and he is very happy to have the chance to play in the Premier League.
“Thanks to Gianfranco Zola he can compete and mature at a great club. Napoli and Roma were very interested and they probably would've been in the frame if he hadn't moved now.”
