Luigi Del Neri urges Atalanta to put the glorious victory over Inter behind them and focus on beating Siena.
The Orobici blew the Scudetto race wide open after their 3-1 thrashing of the leaders last week and were praised by all quarters for their performance.
“We need that level of effort and concentration every single week,” warned the Coach.
“There are no easy games and every step is difficult in Serie A. We must learn the lessons of that performance against Inter, especially in terms of intensity and focus.”
Atalanta are hovering in mid-table and face a Siena side that has lost on home turf only once this season, in an unlucky 2-1 result to Inter before Christmas.
“We have got to improve our away record, even if recent games with Genoa and Palermo showed progress,” added Del Neri.
“It will be a battle in Siena and we’ve got to be ready.”
Atalanta have won just one of their last 13 matches outside Bergamo, a 1-0 scoreline at Bologna on September 14.
