Bologna's sporting director Fabrizio Salvatori concedes that the Felsinei's chances of luring Giampaolo Pazzini are entirely dependent on the Viola.
Pazzini has struggled to find a place in the first team at the Stadio Artemio Franchi in recent times.
The former Under-21 international has admitted his frustration and is expected to leave the club this winter with Bologna at the head of the queue.
At the moment it all depends on Fiorentina and we will have to see what happens to Pazzini with the injury to Adrian Mutu, Salvatori said to Stadionews.it.
Are talks moving forward? We have opened negotiations with the Viola and we're talking about a co-ownership agreement because the fee would be too much for a permanent move.
At the moment we are waiting to hear what Fiorentina's intentions are and I think a few weeks will be needed to see what the situation is.
