In order to galvanise the squad for next term's Scudetto push, the Bianconeri need to find a replacement for veteran winger Pavel Nedved.
That man could be Gremio left-winger Douglas Costa, who is winning plaudits in Brazil.
The gifted free-kick specialist is known for his deft touch, accurate passing and vision.
With Manchester United and Real Madrid also watching him, Costa won't be cheap.
In fact, Gremio are currently working on a new deal to tie him to the club until 2013 with a rescission clause set at £21m.
