Marco Materazzi and Patrick Vieira have been left out of Inter's Champions League squad to face Manchester United.
Jose Mourinho has announced his final squad for tomorrow's San Siro encounter.
Materazzi trained with the rest of his teammates at Appiano Gentile today, but he is still suffering with a thigh problem.
French international midfielder Vieira came on as a substitute against Bologna last Saturday
However, he is still far from 100 percent and won't have a chance to take on a side he is familiar with after failing to come through the full session.
Young defensive starlet Davide Santon is standing by to replace Materazzi, while Sulley Muntari and Esteban Cambiasso are likely to control the midfield.
Inter (squad): Toldo, Julio Cesar, Orlandoni; Cordoba, Maxwell, Maicon, Burdisso, Rivas, Chivu, Santon; Zanetti, Stankovic, Figo, Cambiasso, Muntari; Ibrahimovic, Cruz, Adriano, Balotelli
