Juan and Mirko Vucinic have recovered from injury to make Roma's continental trip to Arsenal.
There were fears over the Brazilian defender's fitness after he limped off during Saturday's 1-0 win over Siena.
This morning the tests he underwent confirmed there is no serious damage to his right thigh and he is in the squad.
Cicinho has also been reassured by test results after he pulled up with a recurring knee problem.
Striker Vucinic is also included despite missing the Siena match altogether, while the same is true of Alberto Aquilani.
Simone Perrotta and Daniele De Rossi make the journey to London after sitting out the Serie A match suspended.
January signings Marco Motta and Souleymane Diamoutene are in the side and could make their Champions League debuts in a Roma jersey.
Roma squad: Aquilani, Artur, Baptista, Bertagnoli, Brighi, Cicinho, De Rossi, Diamoutene, Filipe, Juan, Loria, Doni, Pizarro, Mexes, Montella, Motta, Perrotta, Riise, Taddei, Tonetto, Totti, Vucinic.
