David Beckham will start from the bench as Milan take on Werder Bremen in the UEFA Cup Third Round this evening.
The 33-year-old was substituted on Sunday during Milan's defeat to Inter in the Derby della Madonnina when he complained of a calf strain.
Brazilian goalkeeper Dida will make a rare appearance between the sticks for the Rossoneri while Daniele Bonera, Philippe Senderos, Giuseppe Favalli and Gianluca Zambrotta make up the back four.
In front of them will be Andrea Pirlo, who in turn will be flanked by Mathieu Flamini on the right and Massimo Ambrosini on the left.
Clarence Seedorf and Ronaldinho are set to line up behind lone frontman Filippo Inzaghi as Carlo Ancelotti persists with a 4-3-2-1 Christmas tree formation.
The game will kick off at 7:30 GMT and takes place at Werder Bremen's Weserstadion which holds 43,500 people.
