Napoli suffer Turin fan ban
Wednesday 18 February, 2009

It has been confirmed that Napoli fans won't be allowed to travel to Juventus on February 28.

The out-of-sorts Vesuviani will visit second-placed Juve on the evening of February 28 for what is sure to be a tense fixture.

Italian organisation CASMS - set up to reduce the risk of violence at sporting occasions - has identified the game as high-risk and decided not to let Napoli fans attend.

There will also be no travelling tifosi at the Sicilian derby between Palermo and Catania on March 1.

Police officer Filippo Raciti was killed by a missile when the two sides met two years ago.

Fans will only be allowed to buy one ticket each for Inter-Roma, Sampdoria-Milan and Siena-Genoa on March 1.
