Milan tactician Carlo Ancelotti is in an ambitious mood and has set his sights on silverware and a personal landmark on the Rossoneri bench.
Carletto's men are nine points behind leaders Inter and face a tough test against Werder Bremen in the UEFA Cup.
But Ancelotti is aiming high after ending 2008 with a thumping 5-1 win over Udinese.
We are still fighting for our pre-season objective of winning the Scudetto, the experienced Coach told La Gazzetta dello Sport.
It will be very difficult because of how strong our competitors are, but we won't give up.
Then there's the UEFA Cup and winning that would be fantastic. It's a trophy we don't have in the cabinet yet.
Ancelotti is also looking to mark a personal achievement by matching the San Siro residency of Nereo Rocco, who led Milan between 1961 and 1963, 1967 and 1973 and in 1977.
My personal target is to equal the number of years Rocco spent on the Diavolo bench, Ancelotti concluded.
Carletto is the longest-tenured Serie A Coach having been with Milan since November 2001.
