Roma talisman Francesco Totti could be out for two months after picking up a potential serious injury against Catania.
The Giallorossi were humbled by their Sicilian opponents in an ill-tempered encounter.
And to add insult to injury, Roma may have lost their star man Totti for a significant period.
Totti was forced to leave the pitch after just half an hour due to a muscular tear in his thigh and the latest whispers suggest that the problem may be serious.
Er Pupone could even miss out of Roma's Champions League last 16 dates with Arsenal.
Further tests will be conducted later today and Coach Luciano Spalletti will be nervously awaiting the results.
