Inter Coach Jose Mourinho claims he had been hoping to land a big side like Manchester United in the Champions League.
Mourinho indicated that his side deserved a harsh draw after they only managed to finish second in their group.
The Special One's wish was granted when the Beneamata were paired with the European champions.
“I was happy because I wanted to play the best,” Mourinho stressed.
“Now we have drawn the European champions who may become the world champions in a couple of days.
“They have a fired up Ballon d'Or winner, a great Coach in Sir Alex Ferguson and a stadium with a fantastic atmosphere.
“Manchester will bring back lots of great memories for me as I played all my first crucial games against them.
“People say that I have a good record against Ferguson, but it's not my record, it's Chelsea and Porto's.”
