| Novellino saw "weak" Granata |

Walter Novellino admits Torino did not help their cause when throwing away the lead twice to be hammered 5-2 on his debut.
We made life difficult for ourselves, sighed the Coach who took over from Gianni De Biasi this week.
We were mentally weak. We conceded goals from the penalty spot, on a corner and with a low ball. Not having any wide players, we didn't close them down properly.
Toro had twice taken the advantage at the Stadio Dall'Ara, but crumbled in the second half under the blows of a Marco Di Vaio hat-trick.
We didn't play that badly, though. Up until the 2-1 scoreline we had been in control, but we cannot give away goals like that.
We made life difficult for ourselves, although Bologna deserved the victory because they were superior on the day.
It was a heavy blow for President Urbano Cairo, who recalled Novellino after firing him last season, but with this result Bologna leapfrog the Granata.
I met the President after the game and clearly he is not happy. We didn't kid ourselves that the wind would change so drastically. Now we've got to work very, very hard.
