Coach Mario Beretta
Having taken the decision to sack Andrea Mandorlini in November, Siena recalled Mario Beretta. Axed at the end of the 2006-07 campaign, the latter was actually still contracted to the outfit. The Coach worked his way up through the lower Divisions at the start of his career, before he was given his first top-flight role with Chievo in 2004 and he moved on to Parma the following season.
