Coach Luciano Spalletti
Touted as one of the leading lights of the next generation of Italian bosses, Spalletti has now had three seasons at the top table. The Tuscan tactician has been a revelation since arriving in 2005, leading the Giallorossi to three runners-up finishes in Serie A and two Champions League quarter-finals. The 49-year-old guided Roma to back-to-back Coppa Italia titles in 2007 and 2008, prompting Chelsea to consider him for the bench at Stamford Bridge.
