European clubs are queuing up for Genoa midfielder Thiago Motta and the Spanish Press claim Bayern Munich are considering an approach.
The Brazilian was an exciting talent early in his career, but a series of injuries set him back.
Genoa handed a rejuvenated Motta the chance to prove himself when they picked him up last summer.
And the 26-year-old has seized the chance with both hands, playing a crucial role in the Grifone's Champions League qualification bid.
A host of teams, including Inter and Juventus, are said to be keeping a close eye on the ex-Barcelona man, but there's also interest from the Bundesliga.
The latest reports in El Mundo Deportivo claim that Bavarian giants Bayern Munich are ready to put a significant sum on the table in the summer in the hope of luring Motta away from Marassi.
Genoa President Enrico Preziosi has stressed his desire to keep hold of his prized assets, but has also admitted that he will struggle to compete financially with the biggest teams on the continent.
