| Roma reject takeover talk |

Roma have once again moved to deny rumours suggesting the club will be sold at the end of the season.
Italpetroli, the club's majority shareholder run by the Sensi family, is in considerable financial trouble.
Unable to invest large amounts of their own fortune into the club, the Sensi family have had to fend off several takeover bids.
The latest offer reportedly arrived from the Frick family, who are behind German car manufacturer Mercedes Benz.
Roma issued a statement on Thursday saying they knew nothing of any bid and that a divorce between Roma and the Sensi family is not imaginable.
Undeterred, the Italian Press have continued to speculate over the weekend and the Giallorossi have once again tried to reassure their fans that the club won't be changing hands.
We can once again confirm what we have already expressed in previous press releases with regard to the question about new elements interested in Roma, the statement read.
In fact, different from what has been reported, there have been no meetings or interviews over the last few days between the lawyers of Italpetroli and subjects called into cause by the press.
George Soros, the Hungarian philanthropist, was repeatedly linked with a deal for Roma last summer, but nothing ever materialised.
