Serie A: Post-Match Comments
Sunday 20 April, 2008

Atalanta 0-4 Juventus
Comments.

Cagliari 2-0 Empoli
President Massimo Cellino: “We have a Coach who works hard and doesn’t bother with fripperies. The lads are dedicated to their work. Nonetheless, I am leaving the club on June 30.”
Gigi Cagni: “We must not let our heads drop or fall under pointless fears. There are four games to go with 12 points available, so anything can still happen. We must make fewer mistakes and believe until the end, we can stay safe.”

Catania 1-0 Lazio
Walter Zenga: “It was important to get a win today and we performed at a high level right from the start. The lads were fantastic, although avoiding relegation will be a battle to the end.”
Delio Rossi: “We took completely the wrong approach to this game. Catania deserved to take the lead and then we went down to 10 men. If Ousmane Dabo said something to the referee, it is only right he was sent off.”

Milan 5-1 Reggina
Carlo Ancelotti: More.
Nevio Orlandi: “I did not expect such a heavy defeat. The incidents went against us with those two penalties, Barreto’s injury and a spot-kick we were not given.”

Parma 1-2 Napoli
President Tommaso Ghirardi: “We have been heavily penalised. The penalty against us did not exist, so neither did the red cards for Mariga and Falcone. Having said that, we made many mistakes, too.”
Edy Reja: “We played a good first half, then the game was changed by some strange incidents. It is a shame about the dismissal, there was a lot of tension.”

Sampdoria 3-0 Udinese
Walter Mazzarri: “We are going to fight it out with everyone in this last month and will then see where we end up. We are in there and hope to challenge Fiorentina. If Antonio Cassano keeps playing like this, then anything could happen.”
Pasquale Marino: "You can't complain about a 3-0 result. They deserved to win and we didn't play the way we usually do. I hope we can reach the UEFA Cup, there are four crucial rounds ahead and it would be a shame to ruin everything now."

Siena 0-1 Genoa
Mario Beretta: “We created many scoring opportunities, but it was a bad day at the office when it came to finishing. In any case, it was a decent performance and we tried in every way to win it.”
Gian Piero Gasperini: “It was a good team showing against an excellent Siena. We will try to achieve our objective of 51 points this season, then we’ll see what our options are.”
