Brazil boss Carlos Dunga was in the stands for Juventus-Inter and gave his opinion on Amauri and Julio Cesar.
When the Coach was spotted at the Stadio Olimpico in Turin, he was asked if he was there to view Juve striker Amauri who wasn’t even on the bench due to injury.
“Will Amauri be called up for Brazil? If he doesn’t play, then how am I supposed to call him for international duty?”
The conundrum over which country Amauri will choose between Brazil and Italy is therefore set to drag on for a while longer.
“I came here to view Julio Cesar, who had been injured, and I’ll talk to all the other Brazilian players,” explained Dunga.
The Inter shot-stopper performed some fine saves in the 1-1 draw last night and Dunga was impressed.
“Julio Cesar is certainly the best in the world right now. [Gianluigi] Buffon is also great, but at this moment Julio Cesar is on fantastic form.”
