Juve v Inter for Milito
Tuesday 14 April, 2009

Juventus and Inter are reportedly vying for the signature of Genoa striking star Diego Milito.

Milito joined Genoa for a second spell after agreeing a move from Real Zaragoza last summer.

And the Argentine proved to be an inspired piece of business as he found the net 16 times before suffering a thigh injury.

Inter have made their interest in Milito known, but they may face a bidding war with Juventus.

La Gazzetta dello Sport claims that the Old Lady are planning to use the full rights to Raffaele Palladino, who is co-owned by Genoa, as a bargaining chip to try and outdo Inter.

Defender Domenico Criscito, who is on loan at Marassi, may also be included in the deal.

Genoa President Enrico Preziosi insists that he doesn't want to sell The Prince, but he admits that he may be forced to as he cannot compete with the giants financially.
