THE CRICKET SHOW - SUMMER 2003
This summer marks the start of a new Saturday morning cricket programme - a half-hour feast both for cricket lovers and those who are new to the game.
The new format means a new presentation team, and this year Mark Nicholas and Adam Darke are joined by England's women's captain Clare Connor, with the trio introducing the latest cricket news in a snappy, entertaining way.
Each week will, according to series producer Chris Chaundler, be "a cricket journey with heaps of stories, profiles and information, all threaded together with music, graphics and entertaining 'off the wall' ideas."
Presenters Nicholas, Darke and Connor will have full licence to put their own spin on the game of cricket as they talk to the biggest names, getting to know them off the field as well as on it. The team will keep you up to date with the comings and going in the world of cricket with all the best stories, whether serious or light-hearted.
