CV: Began career as cameraman before moving into directing commercials in 1983. Turned freelance in 1988 and worked as camera operator on outside broadcasts, specialising in cricket. Has worked extensively abroad (West Indies, Pakistan, India, Sharjah, Kenya and Singapore). Joined Sunset+Vine in 1999 as producer responsible for crewing, technology, innovation and production design.
Career highlight: Getting HawkEye to work, choosing the shade of red in the Red Zone.
Extraneous: Totally besotted by television technology and Huddersfield Town FC, which won three consecutive League Championships between the First and Second World Wars. May adjust your television set if he comes round to your house.
